KWS is hiring a full-time Asphalt Paver Operator to operate asphalt pavers and lay asphalt according to schedule and quality requirements on regional civil engineering projects. The role works within a permanent crew, coordinates work safely and efficiently, handles materials, identifies deviations, and assists with equipment maintenance and inspections. Applicants need a category B driving licence, a recognized machine operator diploma or willingness to obtain one, teamwork, outdoor work experience, and flexibility for evening, night, or weekend work.
