Description
The Roller Operator compacts asphalt pavements, operates roller machines, performs daily inspections and basic maintenance, and works safely and efficiently on construction sites. The role requires at least two years of asphalt-rolling experience, technical knowledge of roller machines, problem-solving ability, safety awareness, precision, flexibility, and a hands-on approach; a Category B driver's license is an asset.
