Rogers Group is hiring a full-time Asphalt Roller Operator for its Northern Middle Tennessee Division in and around Madison, Tennessee. The role operates asphalt rollers, monitors paving temperatures and vibration, adjusts material flow, performs basic equipment maintenance, and follows safety procedures. The position requires outdoor work in varied weather, flexibility for night, weekend, and overtime work, and offers starting pay of $24.00 per hour with higher compensation based on experience.
