Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a full-time Aspire Care Coordinator for its Ridgeway Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in New Ulm, Minnesota. The role delivers and manages care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model, engages residents in the five pillars of wellness, leads and trains care staff, assists with scheduling, and monitors service delivery under the guidance of the Community Care Manager. The position works an evening 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule on a two-week block, with on-call and weekend availability, and pays $24.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while health-related training or relevant experience is required; supervisory and scheduling experience is preferred.
