Nesco Resource is hiring a 3rd-shift Assembler 1 in Danbury, Connecticut for a temp-to-perm opportunity. The role pays $23 per hour and runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7 AM, with training available on all shifts. Responsibilities include completing assembly and rework tasks, picking parts, packaging components and finished products, inspecting instructions and drawings, coordinating shipping, and performing assigned computer or administrative duties. Candidates need previous assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic SAP, label-printing, and custom software skills, mechanical ability, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
