The Assembly Operator assembles products by following instructions and blueprints, gathering parts and materials, using hand and power tools, connecting wires, cables, or hoses, checking connections, correcting defects, documenting production and quality actions, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, writing, and computer skills, English comprehension, tool-operation ability, and the ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.
