Eaton is hiring an Assembler for its ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in El Paso, Texas. The role performs wiring, assembly, fitting, mounting, testing, and inspection of electrical control equipment, including subassemblies, components, and fixed assemblies. The position pays $16.76 per hour for a Monday-through-Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. first shift and may include a variable incentive program. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, one year of manufacturing or assembly experience, basic computer skills, and availability for overtime; the role is limited to candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the El Paso facility, and Eaton does not offer relocation or immigration sponsorship.
