Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring an Assembler - 1st Shift (Regulators) to assemble, test, repair, and move voltage regulators and tap changers in a continuous-flow manufacturing environment. The role requires following work instructions and quality standards, using calibrated tools, performing ratio testing and troubleshooting, and cross-training across regulator stations. The position pays $24.45 per hour for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift, with overtime potentially mandatory, and is limited to candidates within 50 miles of Waukesha, Wisconsin, unless they are active-duty military.
