Description
The Assembly and Test Technician assembles and tests products according to drawings, prints, engineering orders, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. The role inspects parts with measuring instruments, gauges, comparators, and magnification equipment; reports quality, process, equipment, or material issues; and contributes to lean initiatives. It requires pre-employment assessment success, basic computer and problem-solving skills, and the ability to use measurement tools; high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of general manufacturing experience are preferred. The position operates on second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with possible first-shift training from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
