Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring an Assembler - 2nd Shift (Regulators) to assemble, test, repair, and troubleshoot voltage regulators and tap changers in a continuous-flow manufacturing environment. The role includes following standard work and 5S, using calibrated tools, conducting ratio testing, moving units with overhead cranes and industrial vehicles, and cross-training across regulator stations. The position pays $24.45 per hour plus a $2.50 shift premium, with a 3pm–11pm schedule and possible mandatory overtime. Candidates need at least six months of assembly, manufacturing, or military experience or education, must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, and must be within 50 miles of Waukesha, Wisconsin, unless active-duty military.
