Description
Lam Research is hiring an Assembler to assemble and install parts and hardware for wafer fabrication equipment in a lean manufacturing clean-room environment. The role involves following instructions and schematics, inspecting components, performing setup and adjustments, supporting audits and leak checks, cross-training across work centers, training other assemblers, documenting non-conformance items, and communicating production status. Candidates need 2–4 years of mechanical or related assembly experience, an associate degree, technical certificate, or diploma in engineering or a related field, English communication skills, availability for 12-hour shifts, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to perform varied physical work. Manufacturing or semiconductor capital equipment experience is preferred, and the role may be performed on-site flex or virtual flex.
