Rittal LLC is hiring an Assembler – 3rd Shift in Urbana, Ohio to assemble industrial enclosure components and products using hand and power tools, verify quality, package finished goods, and maintain a safe and organized work area. The role pays $21.87 base wage plus a $1 shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with benefits starting the month after employment begins. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently; lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level; follow written instructions and safety procedures; and work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while prior manufacturing or assembly experience and familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills are advantageous.
