Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring an Assembler - 3rd Shift (Transformers) to assemble 3-phase transformers in a continuous-flow production environment. The role involves reading shop specifications, following operating procedures, building sub-assemblies, performing ratio testing, troubleshooting, and moving units with overhead cranes and industrial vehicles. The position pays $24.45 per hour plus a $2.50 shift premium, runs from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and may require overtime. Candidates need at least six months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military, must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, and must be within 50 miles of Waukesha, Wisconsin, unless active-duty military.
