Description
The Assembler builds and assembles hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders according to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. The role involves installing seals, pistons, rods, end caps, and other components; inspecting parts; performing pressure and functional testing; using hand and power tools and measuring instruments; maintaining production and quality records; and following safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, tape-measure and caliper skills, and the ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
