Mindlance is hiring an Assembly & Test (A&T) Technician II for an onsite, second-shift position in East Aurora, New York. The role involves assembling and testing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves, actuators, and systems; using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures, gauges, and test stands; diagnosing failures; and performing rework or troubleshooting. The position is temp-to-hire, with contractors converted after six months, and requires at least three years of related technical experience, basic math and English work-instruction skills, and participation in the company’s FAA drug and alcohol program.
