The Assembly Technician assembles fabricated parts into subassemblies and complete units, fits and calibrates components to tolerances, operates pneumatic testing equipment, and verifies routing-sheet specifications and customer requirements. The role uses hand, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools; requires blueprint interpretation, sustained visual attention, moderate physical effort, basic math, and high school education. It specifies 0–1 years of assembly experience and may involve hazardous-waste training for paint-booth assignments.
