Description
Generac is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform repetitive assembly of energy products using work instructions, drawings, schematics, electronic assembly equipment, and basic hand tools. The role requires cross-training across assembly areas, understanding product impacts, participating in team meetings, resolving problems, and providing basic training. Candidates should be able to perform highly repetitive assembly work in a manufacturing environment, follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Manufacturing or mechanical experience is preferred.
