HSM is hiring an Assembler to support daily production by assembling components and products, using hand and power tools, checking parts, inspecting finished work, completing production documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized workstation. The role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, measurement skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The position involves standing, walking, bending, lifting materials up to 50 pounds, wearing PPE, and potentially working overtime, weekends, or extended shifts.
