Description
The Assembler performs complex assembly, testing, adjustments, inspections, and quality checks while reviewing production data, identifying non-conformances, and verifying material handling. The role audits build sequences, provides feedback and training to team members, supports equipment, process, system, and tooling improvements, prepares production documentation, and follows manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical training, 2–4+ years of production or related experience, assembly-tool proficiency, and the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
