iNRCORE Group is hiring a Production Assembler for its RCD Components facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role assembles electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using work instructions, drawings, and travel cards; performs soldering, winding, encapsulation, molding, potting, mechanical fastening, and related assembly; conducts visual and dimensional inspections; and packages finished products. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic assembly knowledge, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures and meet production schedules. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and the role offers full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
