Konvert is hiring a full-time Assembler - Metalworker to manufacture and assemble metal structures, including stairs, railings, and steel structures, for custom projects. The role involves reading technical plans, positioning and assembling components, performing dimensional checks and quality inspections, collaborating with production colleagues, and maintaining a safe workplace. Candidates should have metalworking or structural work experience, the ability to read and execute technical plans, independent and detail-oriented work habits, fluent Dutch, basic English, and a hands-on, quality-conscious approach.
