ATCO Rubber Products Inc. is hiring a full-time Assembler to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain core and jacket production machinery; inspect finished materials; package products; document production; and follow safety and housekeeping procedures. The role requires physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 45 pounds, standing for an eight-hour shift, and walking between machines and packing areas. It is a first-shift position working 40 hours per week, with occasional after-hours support and one weekend on-call requirement during maintenance cycles. Compensation starts at $16.90 per hour during training and reaches $18.61 per hour at the top rate, with benefits including 401(k), short- and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
