Description
The Small Parts Assembler performs precision hand and machine assembly of finished products, assembles complex components, inspects connections and assembled parts, operates assembly and packaging equipment, reads customer prints and specifications, resolves assembly issues, and completes production reports. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of small-parts assembly or equivalent experience, blueprint-reading ability, familiarity with trade tools and basic computer operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
