Powell is hiring an Assembler to build and assemble mechanical components for switchgear and breaker units according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. The role includes using hand and power tools, performing in-process quality inspections, preparing products for shipment, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety procedures in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, tape-measure reading ability, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
