Description
The Electrical Assembly Technician performs core-stacking, landing and topping, pre-wiring, and final assembly of electrical units. The role involves selecting materials and parts, setting up tools and fixtures, applying epoxy and insulating compounds, using hand and air tools and heavy equipment, assembling coils, bushings, switches, gauges, meters, conduit, and control components, and wiring controls according to design specifications. The position also requires compliance with safety procedures, participation in zero-harm initiatives, and assistance with employee orientation and training.
