The Seat Assembly Worker assembles vehicle seat components, pulls upholstery over cushions, performs quality inspections, reports deviations, suggests process improvements, and maintains a clean workstation. The role is based in Lokeren, requires Dutch or English proficiency, and offers two shifts with a starting gross hourly wage of €17.3549 and a 13% shift premium for working both shifts. It is a permanent full-time contract after an interim period.
