Description
RPO is hiring an Optical Assembler to assemble, align, inspect, and verify precision optical components and mechanical subassemblies for military systems, advanced imaging, and sensing equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing or precision assembly experience, strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, cleanroom and optical-handling knowledge, and the ability to follow technical work instructions. The position works in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, may require overtime or weekend work, and offers a Monday–Friday A shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by a B shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. after 2–4 weeks of training.
