Description
The Assembler assembles, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic products and small components, including PCBs, using precision soldering, hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. The role follows blueprints, work instructions, BOMs, IPC standards, and manufacturing-system principles while maintaining quality, safety, documentation, and continuous-improvement standards. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic assembly, and at least three years of hands-on electronics assembly, PCB assembly, soldering, rework, or related manufacturing experience.
