The Assembly Operator assembles components and parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery, then stamps, bags, clips, trims, deburs, and packages them according to documented instructions. The role also includes quality checks, paperwork, housekeeping, safe use of solvents and adhesives, and adherence to company policies and safety practices. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, attention to detail, tool proficiency, basic math ability, and the ability to use personal protective equipment. The position requires a US Person status for ITAR and EAR compliance and involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and moderate to loud noise.
