Description
The Hydraulic Cylinder Assembler assembles, tests, tags, and operates a 5,000 psi test stand for small and very large hydraulic cylinders. The role uses hand tools, overhead cranes, pneumatic assembly tools, and torque wrenches; requires blueprint reading, tape-measure and caliper use, mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent, job-prioritization ability, and at least 40 hours per week are required, while prior heavy-assembly experience is a plus.
