Description
The Pillow Production Operator supplies production lines with components, loads fiber hoppers, makes boxes, applies license plates, pulls bags and shells, packs and boxes pillows and shipping cartons, counts cartons, affixes labels, scans license plates, selects orders, records downtime and changeovers, and follows production changeover procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, pallet-jack operation, basic math skills, and the ability to stand or walk for a full 12-hour shift while occasionally handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
