Description
The Assembler I builds machinery and sub-assemblies in a manufacturing plant by reading blueprints and technical documents, fitting and fastening components, operating equipment, tracking parts, and recording information. The role requires basic mechanical skills, reading, clerical, and basic math abilities; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, while professional mechanical assembly or repair experience is a plus. The day-shift schedule is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a typical starting pay of $18.89 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and parental leave benefits.
