Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring an Assembler I - 1st Shift for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role assembles, wires, fits, and mounts subassemblies and components in electrical control equipment, performs test preparation and final inspection, and follows electrical and mechanical checking procedures. The position pays $16.76 per hour, is eligible for a variable incentive plan, and runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of manufacturing or related experience, and must be able to work within a 50-mile radius of the facility; relocation benefits are not offered.
