Description
The role assembles and tests a variety of products according to drawings, prints, engineering orders, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. Responsibilities include interpreting technical documents, inspecting parts with measuring instruments and magnification equipment, reporting quality, process, equipment, or material issues, participating in lean initiatives, maintaining accurate work records, and following general supervisory guidance. The position requires pre-employment assessment performance, basic computer and problem-solving skills, and the ability to use measuring equipment; high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of general manufacturing experience are preferred. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents because the company is a military contractor.
