Description
The Assembler I performs product assembly using work instructions, drawings, schematics, electronic assembly equipment, and basic hand tools while following safety, quality, and continuous-improvement standards. The role may cross-train across assembly areas, provide task-specific training, resolve problems with peer or supervisor assistance, and requires basic reading, writing, math, computer, and manufacturing skills. The position is physically demanding, involving standing, repetitive assembly, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, and exposure to manufacturing conditions and required personal protective equipment.
