iNRCORE Group is hiring an Assembler I for its TTE Facility in Beltsville, Maryland. The role performs basic mechanical or electronic assembly, fabrication, inspection, functional testing, labeling, and related production tasks under close supervision. Responsibilities include wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, defect reporting, and adherence to 5S, ESD, and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, prior manufacturing or assembly experience, and basic soldering experience.
