iNRCORE Group is hiring an Assembler I for its Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, New York. The role performs basic mechanical and electronic assembly, fabrication, inspection, functional testing, labeling, and related production tasks for magnetic and electronic components. It follows work instructions, safety, quality, and ESD procedures and is available on Monday through Friday with full-time or part-time shifts of at least 24 hours. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical or electrical aptitude, prior manufacturing or assembly experience, basic soldering experience, and strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
