Description
Brunswick is hiring an Assembler to assemble aluminum boats and sub-assemblies at the bench, in a boat, or on the shop floor. The role involves positioning parts, fastening components, removing metal, operating assembly equipment, installing seats and controls, and following quality procedures. The position requires standing, bending, and twisting during a 10-hour shift, with physical lifting, exposure to noise and fumes, and required personal protective equipment. A high school diploma or GED and previous boat-assembly experience are preferred. The anticipated base pay is $18.05–$19.25 per hour, with eligibility for a 2% annual productivity bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
