The Home Building Team Member - Assembler I is an entry-level manufacturing production role performing home-building assembly tasks such as framing, flooring, wall construction, electrical installation, drywall preparation, roofing, cabinetry, trim, siding, windows, doors, and painting. The position requires safe work habits, teamwork, physical activity including lifting up to 100 pounds, and work in changing conditions; it has no supervisory responsibilities and requires applicants to be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
