Description
The Home Building Team Member - Assembler I is an entry-level manufacturing production role supporting home-building operations. The position performs floor, wall, electrical, drywall, roofing, cabinet, siding, window, door, and painting work; follows safe work practices and OSHA standards; and assists supervisors with material, tool, quality, and productivity issues. The role requires versatility, hand-tool operation, physical activity including lifting up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, construction or warehouse experience is a plus but not required, and applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
