Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring an Assembler II - 1st Shift for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role performs electrical and mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, quality inspection, equipment maintenance, material handling, and shipment preparation. The position pays $17.88 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive plan. Candidates need at least one year of assembly experience, must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, and may be preferred to have forklift certification, supply chain systems experience, and electrical equipment manufacturing experience.
