Description
The Cable Assembly Technician assembles mechanical and electronic parts, operates solder pots and IDC insertion equipment, performs cable assembly and final testing, inspects work in process and finished assemblies, and uses hand tools, soldering equipment, and test equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 12 months of assembly experience, solder-pot certification, and the ability to work with small tools, assembly drawings, and Microsoft Word and Excel. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility and overtime availability.
