The role performs assembly, component preparation, inspection, equipment operation, paperwork, quality and non-conformance reporting, and safety-related activities in a high-volume aerospace manufacturing environment. Candidates need 2–5 years of assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, fine soldering certification or equivalent experience, and strong manual dexterity, communication, computer, and production-documentation skills. The position pays $22.26 to $27.45 and may require access to controlled data or information.
