Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring an Assembler III - 1st Shift for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing team. The role assembles, fits, mounts, tests, and inspects electrical control equipment and switchboards, using tools such as impact guns, sidewinders, and drills. The position pays $19.00 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive plan, with a 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. shift. Applicants need at least one year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience or two Assembler II certifications, while two or more years of assembly experience is preferred. The role requires independent work, communication, analytical problem-solving, Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency, safety compliance, and the ability to lift 20 pounds.
