Description
The Assembler will assemble small components according to blueprints, clean and inspect parts, maintain production quality and safety standards, minimize rework and scrap, optimize setup time, and support other departments as needed. The role requires basic measuring and shop-tool proficiency, the ability to read wiring diagrams and drawings, manual dexterity, communication skills, computer proficiency, and specified skill-matrix levels for N2, MN2, DCB, SCB, N2Gen, OF, OF2, DETC, and Small Assembly products.
