Description
The Carpenter I assists the team lead with installation-team operations, installs and assembles IKEA cabinets, supports customer and coworker concerns, contributes to installation-sales programs, audits referral-partner performance and installation quality, and performs PIVS and site inspections. The role requires at least five years of finishing carpentry, other carpentry, or kitchen installation experience, at least two years in a lead installation or foreman role, supervisory and project-management experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and technology skills. Compensation is 28 CAD to 36 CAD based on relevant work experience, with extended health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
