The Assembler Level 1 assembles components and subassemblies into finished products in a manufacturing environment, following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. The role includes inspecting products, maintaining a clean work area, following safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets. Candidates need at least six months of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for a 12-hour shift, and basic assembly, blueprint-reading, quality-control, communication, and teamwork skills.
