Description
Flowserve is hiring a Precision Assembler to prepare assembly work and documentation, assemble and test equipment and tools, and disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and reassemble components during repairs. The role requires interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, using precision measurement and hand tools, following safety and quality procedures, communicating clearly, using basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, and working overtime or weekends as needed. Preferred qualifications include workshop or mechanic experience, familiarity with automation controls and electrical components, vocational training or a general education certificate, and a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
