Description
The Cable Assembler performs repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. The role uses engineering drawings, layouts, hand and power tools, jigs, and saws; performs continuity checks and quality inspections; and may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of cable-assembly, wire-harness-building, or related electronics-manufacturing experience, and the ability to read technical drawings and use hand tools. The position offers a full-time salary range of $35,600 to $66,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
