Description
The Production Assembler performs repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. The role uses diagrams, layouts, hand and power tools, jigs, and saws; checks continuity; inspects work in process and completed items; and may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies. Required qualifications include hand soldering at the circuit-card level, defect evaluation, SAP and manufacturing knowledge, specialized training or demonstrated ability, and three years of experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $35,600 to $66,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
